The list is based on Directive 92/43/EEC of May 21, 1992, and its amendments, including the "Decision of the Council of the European Union of January 1, 1995, adapting documents concerning the agreement of new member states to the EU" (Decision 95/1/EC) and the Council Directive 97/62/EC of October 27, 1997, adapting Directive 92/43/EEC to technical and scientific progress.
