Evaluation
The course was evaluated by js_studien+analysen in the first three rounds:

The questionnaire-based evaluation is based on an online survey of participants at the beginning and end of the course.
Course Evaluations
The course received an average grade of 1.6 from participants in the 2024-2025 course. In 2023-2024, it was rated 1.5, and in the test run, it was rated 1.9. This results in an overall grade of 1.7.
Sociodemographics of Participants
In both rounds (test run and official round, n=84 people), 70 percent (percentages are rounded) of participants were women. The largest age group was 30–39-year-olds, accounting for 44 percent. The group of up to 29-year-olds accounted for 25 percent. Accordingly, the number of young professionals is also more strongly represented. 24 percent of participants came from Thuringia and 76 percent from other federal states. A total of at least 11 federal states were represented in the test run and in the official run. Two people from Austria also took part in the 2023-2024 run. 18 percent of participants had supervisory or management roles. The majority, 75 percent, were employees without supervisory roles. The majority (67 percent) worked full-time (35 hours per week or more). At 39 percent, most participants came from nature conservation associations and foundations. Thirty percent of participants came from administration. Eleven percent came from educational institutions and the private sector, respectively. The latter are mostly planning offices.
